Low-Carb Baker’s Blend: Perfect Mix for Keto & Low-Carb Baking

I’ve always been a fan of make-ahead mixes, and this Low Carb Baker’s Blend is one I rely on when my THM Baking Blend is low or out of stock.

I’ve tested many published blends, but we avoid Gluccie at our house because my husband is highly sensitive to it. I personally use THM Baking Blend for myself, but when I make larger batches of breads and treats I use this blend so Rick can enjoy them too.

I hesitated to share another blend since there are many already, but I wanted to be transparent about the ingredients I use and how they perform in my recipes, so here is my Low Carb Baker’s Blend.

You’ll see more posts like this from me — various make-ahead mixes, storage tips, and maybe printable labels to help keep everything organized.

This Low Carb Baker’s Blend measures 1:1 with the THM Baking Blend and takes only a few minutes to make.

Cost-wise it’s about the same per serving, so this is primarily a convenience mix rather than a money-saving option.

I like to make double or triple batches to keep on hand, especially around the holidays.

Most Trim Healthy Mama households will already have these ingredients; if not, many are available at health food stores or online.
