Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 9 oz elbow pasta
- 1 can Rotel (10 oz)
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
-
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning, water, cooked pasta, and Rotel. Stir to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes so the flavors meld.
-
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Transfer the beef and pasta mixture to the dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top.
-
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with optional toppings such as sour cream, diced tomatoes, salsa, and guacamole.
