Every year I like to reflect on the topics I wrote about, what readers found most useful, and how I can improve. In 2015, parenting and organization posts stood out, so I gathered those resources into a single, practical package: the 2016 All Inclusive Kids Binder.
Modeled after the adult All Inclusive Binder and the Mini All Inclusive Binder, this kids edition is packed with structured tools, clear guidelines, and actionable to-do lists tailored for tweens and teens—while remaining useful for parents of younger children as well. The primary goal is to help kids build organization, set goals, and gain independence. Key sections included in the binder are:

- Life Skills
- Recipes
The binder includes a full 2016 calendar, completed and blank chore charts, checklists, and a dedicated school section for important contacts, project planning, and homework tracking. The budgeting portion contains money management guidelines, savings worksheets, and simple ledgers to teach financial responsibility. The life skills section covers manners, essential household tasks, and even a cell phone contract to set expectations. A recipes section encourages basic cooking skills and independence in the kitchen.
This binder is designed for standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper. The color palette is bright and gender-neutral—balanced so it’s not too feminine or too boyish—making it appealing for a wide range of kids.
